Design Development & Documentation – This technical phase refines the design, with detailed drawings and specifications ready for implementation.
Sourcing – The finishing touches that bring the space to life, including lighting, key furniture, rugs, homewares, and more.

Interior Conceptual Design
This budget-friendly service is ideal for those who need design guidance without requiring end-to-end support. We provide a compact presentation of the key design stages (mentioned above), tailored to your specific needs, including:
A flow and layout floor plan with suggestions for key design features to explore.
Inspirational imagery to illustrate potential design elements and proposed interior schemes.
Recommendations for colour schemes, finishes, and fittings, providing a foundation for you to acquire items yourself.

A streamlined service tailored to builders, developers, or anyone needing a stylistic push in the right direction. If you already have architectural plans, we can review them and provide suggestions to elevate the interior — including layout refinements where possible, ideas to enhance kitchen or bathroom design, and a curated interior finishes scheme for you to implement yourself.
Typical Cost Range: $600 – $1,200 ( Generally conducted over the phone and email)
Exterior/building design Consultation
We are proud to now bring our expert eye to exterior design, in addition to interiors. Our offerings include colour and finishes schemes, architectural conceptualisation, and directional advice. These services can be provided independently with our experienced Building Designer or considered integration with our interior design services.
